What’s the difference between plans?
Once you signed up, you always start as a Solo Practice. After you added another account in Settings > Collaboration, we considering your account as Dental Clinic, with 2+ users.
How to pay?
You can pay with any credit or debit Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay card. After you signed up, go to Settings > Subscription and enter your card details.
How secure is my payment card data?
Your card details are fully protected in the same way as you make online purchases on Amazon, eBay etc, according to the PSI DDS standard and 256-bit HTTPS encryption.
Can I pay in local currency instead of USD?
Yes, we are processing payments in 135+ currencies, more likely your currency in this list, so you can pay in your native currency. We use an exchange rate from USD that is updated every three months.
When does my subscription begin?
Your subscription starts once you attached your credit card, even if you haven’t reached your plan limits, like 150 patients records. You don’t have to attach your credit card for a trial period, but if you would like to help us grow and launch new features faster, we will appreciate this!
