Your subscription starts once you attach your credit card, even if you haven’t reached your plan limits, such as 75 patient records. You don’t have to attach your card during the free trial, but if you would like to help us grow and launch new features faster, we would greatly appreciate it!

Go to Settings > Subscription and enter your card details. The cost of your subscription depends on the number of employees you invite and the number of dental chairs.

We do not accept payments for third-party services. Our subscription only covers a fixed monthly fee for access to the integration. To pay for partner services, please create an account with the service provider and follow their payment terms.

Yes! We process payments in over 135 currencies, so your local currency is likely supported. Prices are based on the USD exchange rate, which is updated every three months.

Yes, your card details are fully protected, just like when you make online purchases. We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and use 256-bit HTTPS encryption.

Go to Settings > Subscription to unlink your payment card. You can resume using the program at any time.
